+ WHAT IS A TYPICAL EVENING AT CAMP LIKE (1ST - 3RD GRADE)?

Kids Camp evenings are fun and busy! Our Kids Team has built each evening at Everyday Heroes with your 1st - 3rd grade students in mind.

Each night begins with an opening session that includes worship, a skit and giving time. Following session 1, students begin rotations with their team as they engage in crafts, games, free time and an activation together.

+ WHAT IS A TYPICAL EVENING AT CAMP LIKE (4TH - 6TH GRADE)?

Kids Camp evenings are fun and busy! Our Kids Team has built each evening at Everyday Heroes with your 4th - 6th grade students in mind. Each night begins with an opening session that includes worship, a skit and giving time. Following session 1, students begin rotations with their team as they engage in small groups, free time and an activation together.

All 4th-6th grade students also participate in a track of their choosing for the week. These tracks (worshipping with flags, prayer and messsenger) are designed to equip our upper elementary students with practical tools + understanding for their everyday walk with Jesus.

All teams return for a final session at the end of the night to close the night in worship. Parents are invited to join us for this closing session from 8:00-8:30 each night!

+ WHAT ARE TEAMS?

We believe that all ministry starts in relationship! Just like adults, children are hungry to be known and loved. For this reason, every child is assigned to an Everyday Team for the week. These teams are small, same-gender, same-age groups of 3-5 students, led by two leaders of the corresponding gender. Students will interact with all of the elements of Kids Camp within their team groups. Teams very quickly become a safe place for students to practice celebration and honor, pray together, and ask questions throughout the week.

+ WHO ARE THE TEAM LEADERS?

All of our team leaders are incredible everyday heroes from our community. Each team leader must go through an application process, which includes completion of our DNA class, attending our Everyday Heroes training, and completing a background check.

+ CAN I SERVE AT KIDS CAMP?

We believe that God has called us as everyday believers to raise up more everyday believers. There is no junior Holy Spirit and the foundation of healthy homes starts with us. If you call EVERYDAY home and have completed our DNA class, we’d love to have you apply to join us on a Kids Camp team! You can complete an application and read the requirements by CLICKING HERE!
