+ WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Two facilitators will help you navigate through the lies of the enemy and unforgiveness, as well as equip you with tools for how to maintain soul health in your everyday life.
+ WHO ARE SOULCARE SESSIONS FOR?
Sessions are available to anyone who attends services regularly and calls EVERYDAY home. Soulcare is especially helpful for those who would like some extra help in taking hold of truth in their life. Whether you are having a difficult time discerning truth vs. lies, are needing help navigating unhealthy patterns, or are just wanting to tend to your soul health, a SOULCARE session is for you!
+ WHEN AND WHERE ARE SOULCARE SESSIONS HELD?

+ are soulcare sessions the same as sozo sessions?
No; while there are similarities in identifying lies and replacing them with truth, the primary focus of a SOULCARE session is to equip you with the tools to facilitate your own dialogue with Holy Spirit. Your session leader(s) will help provide framework for the conversation, but where you go and what you dialogue about with the Lord will be determined by you.
+ ARE SOULCARE LEADERS CERTIFIED COUNSELORS?
SOULCARE leaders are NOT certified counselors and SOULCARE sessions are NOT counseling sessions.
+ HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SESSION?
Simply navigate to www.everydaympls.com/soulcare and click the "Register" button. You will be shown a calendar with available dates - once you select a date, you'll be led through the registration process.
Please be aware that sessions are only open for registration when there is confirmed leader availability; this typically means that sessions are available two-four months at a time.
+ WHO LEADS SOULCARE SESSIONS?
There is a team of SOULCARE leaders who have gone through extensive training in order to lead people through these sessions. Each session has two trained session leaders. One will facilitate while the other is there for prayer support and accountability.
Note: participants are given the opportunity to indicate any leaders they prefer not to sit with them.
+ HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
Sessions will range from 90-120 minutes. Please inform your leaders if you have a hard stop time.
+ SHOULD I COME TO MY SESSION EARLY?
Please arrive at EVERYDAY at 6:55 PM. Leaders will greet you in the main lobby space (the Round) and direct you to your session room.
+ SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO MY SESSION?
You do not need to bring anything to your session. Leaders will take notes for you during your session. Feel free to bring a water bottle if you’d like!
+ ARE SOULCARE SESSIONS RECORDED?
Sessions are not recorded. If you’d like to record your session, you may bring your own recording device.
+ WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
Please honor your SOULCARE leaders by not coming to your session if you are not feeling well. If you need to cancel your session, we request you give us at least 24 hours notice. You can call or text Kim at 651-428-1710 to notify us of your cancellation. Many of our SOULCARE leaders are hiring childcare in order to serve, so it’s important for us to have time to notify your leaders!
+ WILL I BE ASSIGNED A SOULCARE LEADER WHO IS MY SAME GENDER?
Not necessarily. However, there will be two SOULCARE leaders in the room with you at all times for accountability.
+ IS MY SESSION CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, your SOULCARE leaders are under a confidentiality agreement which also includes not discussing your session with you after the session is over. You can view the agreement here.
+ ARE SOULCARE LEADERS MANDATORY REPORTERS?
Yes, all SOULCARE leaders are mandatory reporters.
+ DO YOU RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR ONE SESSION OR MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE SESSIONS?
We recommend signing up for one session at a time. If you are looking for consistent help in your soul health, we recommend connecting with a licensed counselor/therapist. SOULCARE sessions are not counseling/therapy sessions.
+ DO SOULCARE SESSIONS COST MONEY?
SOULCARE sessions are currently free of charge. If you wish to donate to the SOULCARE department at EVERYDAY, you are welcome to make a donation by CLICKING HERE.
