MISSION TRACK FAQ

+ WHAT IS MISSION TRACK?

MISSION TRACK is an 8-week discipleship track build to activate incoming 4th-6th grade students in a life on mission.

Each night, students will be assigned a small group with two trusted leaders. They will begin the night by asking God questions about what He wants to do. After praying, students will go with their leaders to practice listening + obeying as they share the love of Jesus with neighbors around The Base!

+ WHEN IS MISSION TRACK?

MISSION TRACK is an 8-week track that will take place on Wednesday evenings (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM) from July 10th - August 28th.

+ IS THERE A CALENDAR FOR THE SUMMER?

YES! Check out the list of dates on the calendar drop-down HERE!

+ WHERE WILL MISSION TRACK HAPPEN?

MISSION TRACK will begin each Wednesday at The Base. Students will be assigned leaders for the night to go to various locations in the nearby area. All groups will return at the end of the night to debrief and celebrate opportunities to sow seeds of Jesus' love.

+ HOW WILL MY STUDENT BE TRANSPORTED TO OFF-SITE LOCATIONS?

Any off-site transportation for these nights is still being determined.

+ WHO CAN APPLY FOR MISSION TRACK?

MISSION TRACK is intentionally created for incoming 4th - 6th grade (Fall of 2024) students who are eager to be activated in a life on mission!

Applications are now open HERE for the 2024 Summer track!

+ WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?

Students accepted for the 2024 MISSION TRACK will be required to attend and actively participate in the following:

  • MISSION TRACK on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-8:30 PM
  • EVERYDAY KIDS Awakening Service on Sundays

+ WHAT IF OUR FAMILY IS GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN?

We understand students may have the occasional absence due to illness or family travel, but we encourage families make MISSION TRACK a priority in their schedule.

+ DOES EVERYONE WHO APPLIES FOR MISSION TRACK GET ACCEPTED?

MISSION TRACK is a big commitment that we know not all students may be ready for! We encourage families + students to review the commitment and consider the nature of this track before applying. Due to the discipleship model of this track, only a limited number of students who apply will be accepted into the 2024 track.

+ WHEN WILL WE KNOW IF OUR STUDENT IS ACCEPTED INTO MISSION TRACK?

MISSION TRACK applications close Wednesday, May 1st. Our team will then review applications and coorespond with families around next steps.

+ WHAT DOES DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP LOOK LIKE?

On Wednesdays, your students will check-in in the Kids Wing at the Base. Following MISSION TRACK, leaders will bring students into the Prayer Room for pick-up.

+ WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING WITH THEM TO MISSION TRACK?

Each week, students will need to be responsible to bring a water bottle, their Bible and money for dinner.

+ I DESIRE FOR MY STUDENT TO GROW IN THIS AREA, BUT MY STUDENT DOESN'T SEEM INTERESTED. SHOULD WE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION?

We would not recommend applying for this track if your student seems disinterested. With the small, discipleship nature of this track, and all that comes with being off-site, it is important that all students in MISSION TRACK are ready to stay engaged and actively participate in what we are learning.

+ OUR FAMILY DOESN'T GO TO EVERYDAY - CAN WE APPLY FOR MISSION TRACK?

Due to the limited spots available for MISSION TRACK this Summer, only families who call EVERYDAY home can apply at this time. We're hopeful to open this track to more students in the future!
